Content coaching for founders and leaders

One-to-one encouragement, guidance and feedback to help you find your writing voice and share your ideas, for the good of your business - and for you.

The leader’s writing challenge

As a CEO, founder or leader, you have years of expertise in your field. You’ll know that sharing your knowledge and ideas with the world could benefit your business, your mission, your people; you may want to start writing but the weight of responsibility can feel overwhelming. How do you find the motivation, confidence, and time to put pen to paper and get your ideas out?

Many leaders grapple with perfectionism, imposter syndrome or an overwhelming fear of the blank page. This can stop you in your tracks.

A supportive guide like me - a non-judgemental listening ear, friendly guidance, accountability and feedback - will help you find your confidence and flow.

Together, we’ll work out who you most want to talk to, what it is you want to say and why it matters. And we’ll find the best format for you - it could be email, blog articles, posts, a book, or even a podcast. I’ll share writing tips and templates to develop your writing skills and process and encourage you to say what you want to say.

Personal and tailored

I offer tailored, supportive one-to-one writing coaching, editing and feedback.

The aim is to give you the confidence to write from the heart, sharing valuable content that connects with your intended audience and gets your message out with impact.

  • “Sonja helps you work out what you want to say. She's a real ally in a difficult world."

Jane Northcote, author of Making Change Happen

  • "I’m not quite sure how she did it. In 3 weeks Sonja’s calm and careful input has taken me from a guy with a messy scrapbook of ideas to a man with a coherent business plan, a website soon to be full of valuable content and a proposal that is looking pretty good for a future publishing deal. I’m not sure I will be able to thank her enough."

Neil Seligman, Director, The Conscious Professional

  • "Sonja's unique ability is to ask the right questions, properly listen and turn ideas into possibilities with infectious enthusiasm The world needs that skill because we are all too good at finding reasons not to 'venture forth', not to experiment and to always play it safe. We often can't see the wood for the trees and need to 'dream bigger', or at least have someone recognise and help us believe in our dreams."

    Anna Haydock Wilson, Creative Facilitator
